- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing as I try to treat every customer on a case-by-case basis. There are so many possibilities as to why a computer may be having an issue and it can be hard to provide an accurate quote without a good amount of detail of the case.

4 years of work & training at Apple as well as becoming an Apple Certified Mac Technician.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all kinds of folks with all different levels of technical knowledge - students to CEOs.
