- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For the benefits of every individual, I'm also a Nurse in the Philippines. I used this concept of assessing a problem. In a nursing world, we call it SOAPIE 1. Subjective & Objective questions and answers 2. Analysis: Find the validity of each statement; The root of the problem and possible for secondary problem or potential problem. 3. Planning: Possible solution or step-process 4. Implementation or execution of the process. 5. Evaluation of the result which leads to a possible satisfied customer. 6. Optional: if the evaluation was not meet, this would be lead to alternative plan or either acceptance of the problem that there is no solution (corrupted data)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A bachelor degree holder in Computer Engineering focused on Information Technology and a Certified CompTIA Security + (February 2015). Information Technology is a continuous learning and it evolves in a fast phase where everything comes to phase out easily. One way for me to keep on track is a daily learning about new things and understand the concept and think how can we use this as a benefit for everyone.
