I'm very happy I chose Seventy7 Innovations! Jeff did an amazing job bringing our dead iMac to life. The hard drive had crashed and after several phone sessions with an Apple Care expert it was determined it could not be repaired. Jeff installed a new SS hard drive and added the most recent OS. He updated me throughout the process and his attention to detail is exceptional. The cost of service was also an excellent value.

Jeffrey was great with communication, very prompt, patient and helped tremendously with preventative maintenance and upgrades on my laptop and desktop computers. He even came to my house on a Saturday!

Jeff was super helpful and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand! He spent about an hour with my computer and now it works perfectly!! There was a virus and it was running really slowly but he fixed it and gave me advice to keep it running better in the future. I would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone with laptop needs and I will contact him again if I have any other issues.
