Rex was super knowledgable and fantastic to work with however he wasn't the perfect fit for the type of work I needed. He was quick to point this out himself and contacted a colleague of his who came by and got my in wall cabling tested and terminated perfectly. I am an IT Manager at a large company and I would personally recommend Rex for any IT service work you may need.

I was having issues with my home internet service + wireless network and could not wait until the next day for the service tech from the internet provider to come out. It was already 5 PM and I took a chance to see who might be available in the evening. Rex responded within minutes and took the time to listen to my issue. He agreed to come out after dinner and if anything, patiently explained everything regarding issues pertaining to DHCP, Self-Assigned IP Addresses, DNS issues, etc. In addition, he followed up the next day via text to ensure everyting was working smoothly which is a testament of his service and commitment to his customers. I would highly recommend Rex and plan on using him for any future needs in regards to my home network.

Rex was not only knowledgable about internet, wifi and equipment used but found equipment on sale that was better and less expensive than what I received from the company. After the initial inspection and working to try to figure out solutions with the existing system, he suggested I get another system - I did and he installed in less than an hour and it's not only working perfectly but when I need the person that knows anything in this field or anyone I know I recommend Rex.
