I met Danielle at a marketing mixer in Plano. She was very professional and a pleasure to talk with. I'm new to the Relator world, and ran into my first need for a foundation inspection. I contacted Danielle for help, and she sent JR Adams to save the day, and that he did! He met me and my client at the property in question, and conducted a full inspection for me at no charge. He was very thorough in explaining his findings with my client and I to where we both fully understood what was going on with the foundation, and what it would take to resolve the problem to ensure a stable foundation. We had little to no questions after listening to what he had to say, and if we did have a question he was prompt in response and sure to explain things in a manner that all involved could comprehend. He also offered a discount for the needed foundation repair work as my client is a first responder, a paramedic. I appreciate that they were able to respond to the matter in such a timely manner, and came with absolute professionalism and high quality knowledge to share. As a realtor, I will continue to use Stability Pros for my foundation inspections and will be referring them to my clients as well as other realtors.

We had stability pros. Do a foundation repair project we have gotten 3. Estimates we found stability pros to explain it better to us. Consider this for the first time. Ever happened to solve a problem? They laid out all the details throughout the job. They took pictures of everything and sent it to us time, they got done. I felt like I knew how to do a complete foundation repair on a home. They were really transparent on everything they did. 3 weeks later, they came back fixed. All of the cracks and the bricks we did are Stone arch way. We are very happy.

I contracted Stability Pros to fix some foundation erosion around my house, relevel a path to my backyard, and fix a leak in my pond. My rating is a result of their customer service and follow through. Not only did they harass me for payment before the job was finished, but now that I’ve paid, they have completely ghosted me and will not respond to my many messages about getting the job done. My pond is still leaking, sod has yet to be installed over the areas where my foundation issues were, and I have received no information on the 10 year warranty I have been promised. I think they actually blocked my number. JR is an untrustworthy business partner. I would not recommend to others.
