Communication was horrible.
Had a scheduled estimate meeting and they never showed up. I had to call their office to find out if they were coming and was told "unfortunately the contractor is still on another job". No apology, no let's try to reschedule, no anything. How about calling the client for a heads up that you can't make it? 2hrs of our life that we'll never get back. So non chalant and totally unprofessional ...
