Dr Cas is a great professor. I took her graduate econometrics class at Catholic University. She is very knowledgeable about econometrics with a lot of experience in the field; her classes are very structured and she always makes sure students understand the material. She is always available during office hours to discuss material/assignments. I would highly recommend her as a professor.
