Christopher specializes in Salsa and Line Dance and is from Mexico City. Allyson, a native Texan, is an avid two-stepper. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hi! Welcome to Two Step Lessons. Dance sessions are for one hour at $95. This includes a free space to dance (park or rec center) and music. Wear boots or leather-soles. If you are really wanting to gain some clarity on dancing, consider taking a 3, 6, or 9, or 12 pack class. We will build on what you learn with each lesson.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically ask what your dance goals are. We start then with the basic steps and watch for common hangups or mistakes. We then move onto adding in combinations - making them more fluent with each combination learned. At the end of the lesson - we put it all together for you. If desired, we can video the combos you learned during the lesson; so you can practice on your own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 25 years of combined dance experience and have taken numerous workshops in dance. We are ever expanding our knowledge- Western Swing, Ballroom, and Country Swing are all different dances that require different steps. We recently travelled to San Antonio to workshop dips, tricks, and western swing.
