My fiancé and I took dancelesson for our first dance and we couldn’t have been happier! I have two left feet, so I was super nervous about learning, but she made it fun & easy for us. We looked forward to our lessons every week- it was honestly our escape from planning a stressful wedding. And we loved it so much, we decided to keep taking lessons after our wedding, and are now learning how to salsa and bachata!

Before I moved to Texas from Seattle, I had just started taking private West Coast swing dancelessons with a dance instructor in Seattle. When I left Seattle, I was a bit sad to think that I wasn't going to find an instructor to provide the same quality caliber in my dancelessons. By no means was I a great dancer but I felt like I was starting to get the hang of it. Fortunately, I found Basia when I moved to Texas! She is amazing! Not only did she take the time to truly understand my skill level and what I wanted to get out of my dance lessons, but she helped me get to the next level! Basia is very kind, patience, very knowledgeable in all genres of dance, made my lessons enjoyable and valuable! There were some moves I was struggling with and she would break down exactly what I needed to adjust in order to execute it properly! My growing confidence allowed me to final start social dancing and man did it feel great to not only feel the difference but also hear it as I was getting more compliments on my lead. This is actually how I met my girlfriend at a dance social! We both loved dancing so much and had goals to get better! Fortunately, Basia has tons of experience at also teaching couples. My girlfriend and I love going to dance lessons with Basia, and it has brought my girlfriend and I closer as we are both making progress together! Now at events like weddings and social outings we are know as the dancers... haha!
I can't recommend Basia, enough! Whether you are a beginner or experienced dancer, learning on your own or with a partner, you can't beat the quality of an instructor that makes Basia worth it.
