Alicia was a lifesaver! We had to change our wedding venue a month before our wedding and we wouldn't have been able to pull everything together without her! She was available day and night to talk about any questions or concerns we had (it was a lot) but we always finished our talks feeling prepared and at ease. I really don't know what we would have done without her!

Alicia was an incredible addition to our wedding day. She was so detailed and organized, I couldn’t have had a better coordinator by my side for my wedding. I hired her extremely last minute, and within two weeks, she had my entire wedding under control. Highly recommend her!

I used to plan and execute large events in DC and NYC so I know a good coordinator when I see one and Alicia is definitely that! I can’t say a single negative thing about her. I needed a day-of coordinator for my smallish (60 people), low key wedding and she was a rockstar. No matter how simple you think a low key Wedding will be, there are always unexpected, last minute things that pop up and she was 100% on top of it. Her communication was top notch, there was no task too big or small and she had the best attitude. I had this awesome feeling of calm all day because I knew she had it under control. I would absolutely recommend Alicia to anyone for any type of event. I honestly cannot say enough good about her! She is truly the best!

Alicia's decorations helped make my marriage proposal a night to remember! Her creativity and attention to detail helped capture the essence of what I was trying to achieve in recreating a elegant ballroom in my home. Even though the smaller space was a bit more challenging to work with, Alicia's lighting and careful placement set the scene for exactly the intimate and romantic mood that I was aiming for. Alicia was great from the initial planning all the way through to set up on the actual day. After I shared my vision with her, she suggested options that would work most effectively for the room. The thoughtfulness in her questions and suggestions helped reduce any anxiety I felt leading up to the day. After Alicia finished setting up, it was better than I could have ever imagined. More importantly, my fiancée was swept off her feet and I'm now happily engaged to the love of my life! Alicia was a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job helping me create a moment my fiancée and I will cherish forever. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.
