Functional obedience that can be used to solve a problem is our goal. We believe in approaching the dog as a whole, not just patching up problem areas. We offer a discount incentive for adopted dogs that start training within a certain time frame of being adopted to encourage owner’s not to wait until problem behaviors crop up. This is an effort to keep dogs from being returned to shelters. Life’s better off leash! At Deep Water K9 we specialize in behavior modification, aggressive and reactive dogs, and offleash reliability. Private lessons, board and trains, behavioral modification, off leash reliability, group classes and hikes. We do free in home evaluations!

Nina and Marissa...these girls are just what Dixie needed. Nice girls, on time, accommodating, loving and calm. Dixie, my K9, needed their calming but stern demeanor. My dog came back to me after 3 weeks a changed girl. She is happier. Our walks are enjoyable because she stays by my side. We meet up with other dogs and she doesn’t want to eat them most times. She sleeps in a kennel. These girls addressed the issues I brought to their attention. I can’t say enough about Deep Water K9 but USE THEM! Your dog will thank you and you will too.
