- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pack Evaluation is required to appropriately assess and assist you and your pack. Bundle and save! Sessions to meet your needs: Midday PB&J ($1/minute) You set the time limit, limited availability- 11A to 1 PM, top scheduling priority, Group rate discounts (same street/neighborhood up to 50% off! Walk -N-Train ($50/75 min session) Daily, every other day, weekly 6AM to 930AM, or 5PM to 830PM Buddy Session ($75/ 80 min intensive session, includes short post-training walk) 6AM to 930AM, or 5PM to 830PM Evaluation fee: $35, (waived when three sessions are secured and scheduled at evaluation) Pet Sitting (price varies by case, and location)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Evaluation Customize Package Payment to secure schedule Return as scheduled Initial training session (length determined by dogs capacities) If segment bundle was purchased, return twice more by end of week) Renew with payment ↪*Second segment: 2x per week (5 sessions) ↪Renew with payment *Third (and final) segment: 1 x week (5 sessions) Testing Graduation *optional and determined by completion of prior segments and/or evaluation Note: Highly effective packs can see results within one segment, and may qualify to graduate early.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been fortunate enough to receive instruction and guidance from several award winning, nationally recognized dog trainers, and have successfully graduated over 200 dog students and their pack leaders in the last 3 years. I enjoy researching something new, or established in my industry on a weekly basis and strive towards philanthropy in sharing Thumbs-N-Tails "Go F.A.A.R." principals which are essential to success in training. We are developing new programs to be taught in virtual communities worldwide in the very near future! Details coming soon.
