Evis was onsite within 1.5 hrs of me making the call for checking leaks. He was very professional in walking through the steps. He started at the water meter and was able to provide feedback there is no leak in the system. He gave some suggestions incase I need to narrow down where the leak is coming from in the future. Overall great guy and service they are genuinely out there to help people resolve issues. Thank you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a real person answering your call—no robots or frustrating phone trees. We’ll listen to what’s going on, gather the important details, and schedule the right plumber for your home or business. Your plumber will evaluate the issue, clearly explain the findings, and provide upfront options before any work begins. Once you approve the work, we’ll complete it with care and make sure you’re completely satisfied before we leave. And after we leave we will be sure to answer and honor any warranty issues or concerns. Our hope is to be the Juan & Only Plumber you need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Master plumber provides hands on training, and all of our plumbers are regulated by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. The board requires regular examinations and licensures.
We also conduct a weekly training with all team members ensuring we stay up to date with all code regulations, product developments and safety standards.
