Omar and Luis came and cleaned my chimney and fireplace. They did a great job. They came on time, communicated what needed to be done, and made sure all my questions were answered. Ben showed up early (gave me plenty of notice) and went straight to work. Based on videos I had watched when I contemplated doing this myself, I thought it would be more involved. But it was quick and simple - the whole air duct was cleaned out!

Just need to be careful with the quote you get for AC duct cleaning as in my case the actual charge was about four times the quote they gave me by text message and confirmed by tel. Only when they came to do the work they wanted more saying my ducts were metal so they charged per vent for 7 vents. They also added their quote was for what they call basic cleaning, (as opposed to full duct cleaning?) which was not explained until they came to do the work. However, Aaron goes out of his way to explain and make things right.

He was very helpful and showed that my ducts and vent were actually clean! It was just dislodged. He cleaned the area, reconnected the ducts to the vent. Suggested I get a better duct next time. I will definitely use them again!
