- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our flat-rate pricing is $579, with an additional $7 per foot of cable from the electrical panel to the charger location ($9 per foot for Tesla Wall Connector installations). However, exceptions may apply if an electrical panel upgrade is required, for example, when there are no available breaker slots in the panel. We always discuss these situations upfront to ensure full transparency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ensure a smooth installation process by gathering key details upfront. To provide an accurate quote and arrive prepared, we need the following: Photos of your electrical panel (with the cover open) to assess available breaker slots. Distance from the panel to the planned charger location to determine cable length. Type of charger – Will you be installing a Tesla Wall Connector or using a standard Tesla Mobile Connector? Preferred wiring method – Would you like the cable hidden inside the wall for a clean look, or run externally in conduit for easier access? Once we have this information, we bring all necessary materials and complete the installation efficiently in a single visit.

Our team has undergone specialized training in EV charger installations, specifically Tesla Wall Connector installations. We strictly follow manufacturer recommendations and electrical safety codes to ensure a reliable and durable setup.
