I cannot recommend Kaylyn highly enough as a day-of wedding coordinator. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and became my right-hand woman on my wedding day. She is incredibly organized and detail-oriented, and I would trust her with something as important as my wedding day without hesitation.
Kaylyn went above and beyond to help prepare for our wedding:
* Creating my bridal bouquet using flowers from the farmers market.
* Setting up our wedding accessories, reception tables, and signage.
* Carefully setting up the seating cards on the mirror used for our seating chart.
* Assisting with the ceremony aisle setup.
* Greeting vendors, coordinating with our venue, and communicating timelines to keep everyone on schedule.
Throughout the wedding day:
* Provided a reliable and well-organized timeline and kept all people and vendors informed
* Assisted in gathering and organizing family members for an efficient family photo session
* Queued our precessional
* Handled unexpected issues as they arose, including cleaning up some spilled/broken candles
* Assisted with taking down, organizing, and packing up all of our wedding decor
Beyond managing the logistics, she also made sure I was taken care of personally. She regularly checked in on me throughout the day, reminded me to stay hydrated, and made sure I always had a drink in hand.
