- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ahhh money! The thing that makes the world go round. So my pricing is pretty standard. I might be a little on the higher end of pricing but I am a LLC, which means I am a legal business and I pay taxes. Photography is my full time job, I pour my heart and soul into every shoot and want to give my clients the best quality. So if you are looking for a discount photographer... We're probably not a match. However, it never hurts to ask if I am out of your price range - I want everyone to get the best quality of photos they deserve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So you should expect free flow. Depending on the project - we have a consultation. This may be over the phone or at a hip place to discuss all the details. After that / SHOOT TIME! If its portraits - it will take about an hour and you will breeze through the whole thing! I don't make you take too many weird awkward posey pictures. We go for a walk for 60 minutes and take some amazing photos with cues from me so you don't have to worry about what to do with those hands! ( yes, everyone gets a little weird in front of the camera and I am an expert at making that go away! ) If its a wedding - First off, you picked the right photographer! My standard and very suggested package is full day coverage. So I will be there all day with you, you will see me more than your new husband / wife that day! I promise to capture all the moments and help hold your dress while you pee. Most of my brides become family. You will feel at ease knowing that someone is on your side taking care of you. Then you'll be wowed by all your amazing wedding photos from your day.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH SUSSY WHO JUST PICKED UP A CAMERA AND WILL CHARGE YOU $75. If you are taking the time to get you photo professionally done - no matter what the occasion - you deserve the best quality. Usually photographers prices reflects their experience, qualifications, and just the overall experience of the photoshoot. Last year alone, I shoot over 150 clients who were so enthusiastic about their photos. I want you to be able to feel the same way.
