For two days I worried about what I thought was a malfunctioning (or worse, an infected) computer. Talking to Rex was like talking with an old buddy, very relaxed. He guided me thru downloading an application so he could remote in and have a look and didn't even chuckle at this confused ol' lady who simply wasn't paying attention. Knowledgeable and patient, would very highly recommend!

Rex was not only knowledgable about internet, wifi and equipment used but found equipment on sale that was better and less expensive than what I received from the company. After the initial inspection and working to try to figure out solutions with the existing system, he suggested I get another system - I did and he installed in less than an hour and it's not only working perfectly but when I need the person that knows anything in this field or anyone I know I recommend Rex.

Rex was super knowledgable and fantastic to work with however he wasn't the perfect fit for the type of work I needed. He was quick to point this out himself and contacted a colleague of his who came by and got my in wall cabling tested and terminated perfectly.
