- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone consultation is a basic 1st step to discuss the severity of the issues your having and also to collect the pertinent information on the property. Understanding the customers wants, needs and offering the best solution and prevention plan moving forward would follow along with possibly setting an inspection to go over the property in person which is free of course and provide that quote on site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and my partner Michael are both licensed with the Texas Department of Agriculture and have been servicing the Austin area for 10+years. We are also required by the step to complete continuing education classes each year to ensure we are using the most up to date equipment and products available to o resolve your issues.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure your provider is a State Licensed Applicator with all the appropriate insurance for our job. This is a commonly over looked detail.
