We bought a property that’s really old and had roach/spider infestation. Lots of wasp nests around the outer periphery as well. All of it was taken care of promptly and they came in a second time to do additional spraying free of cost as well.

They came out when they said and did a great job with the application. They also had to work around from my specific concerns, which they did with no issues, and they were also the best value of the ones I received quotes on. Very happy with the selection.
Lavell came out to treat my mother’s home. He was very professional and addressed all of my concerns. Even though the main issue was for fruit flies, Lavell explained the treatment would extend to other insects as well which is appreciated. It’s worth the value because they guarantee their work and are easy to scheduled. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our first, intensive, full home inside-out treatments are Thumbtack discounted for new customers. We then ensure you’re continually protected from the same neighborhood pests with recurring treatments every 60 days.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After reaching out to us through Thumbtack, we then offer a free over-the-phone consultation so that we can talk about the pests you're seeing, go over our treatment in greater detail, and schedule a time to have a technician come out. We are typically 24-48 hours out from the time we speak to set up service to having a technician out for your initial treatment. We do offer services Monday-Saturday 8AM – 6PM at your convenience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals are highly trained and pest control licensed. It’s more than that. It’s about communication. It’s about really listening to the homeowner, and understanding just how the pests are impacting their way of life. It’s about knowing neighborhood pest trends. It’s about knowing why the pests are there in the first place. It’s knowing the most effective treatment methods to get rid of them, and make sure they never come back.
