Roy installed about 150 feet of fence, including two gates for us. My wife is happy because she thinks it's a beautiful looking fence. I am happy because with three rails and all-screw construction, it is sturdiest fence I have ever had! When it comes time to replace my back fence I will definitely use this company again.

Due to the storm Saturday 5/23 the back half of our fence blew down. It was not repairable. I posted what I needed on Thumbtack Sunday morning and Mr. Bocanegra was one of the companies that responded. He came out that afternoon. We accepted his bid and he was here Tuesday morning at 7:30 like he promised to start, and was finished by 1:00. The fence looks great. He took extra care to makes sure there wasn't a big gap between the fence and the ground as we asked. That was one of our requests because we have a very tiny curious 7 year old 5lb Chihuahua and I wanted to make sure she would not be able to sneak under the fence. Roy and his team really seem to care about the work they do, and they do it right. They were very friendly and polite. Thank you Mr. Bocanegra. Sincerely, the Rendon Family in Pflugerville.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
nothing complicated on my pricing, and I offer 3-rail same price as 2-rails as our standard install, people love it!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet in person on the first visit and listen to all the customers needs. I gather all the information and send a quote thru email. once hired we start early on the morning scheduled and complete the job within 2 days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
yes. and I am always working to educate potential clients on what is out here for them
