FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or message to understand what you need—whether it’s a new custom gate, automation, or a repair. Then we schedule a site visit to take measurements and go over options. After that, we provide a clear quote and timeline. Once approved, we handle the installation or service and make sure everything is working properly before the job is complete. Our goal is to make the process simple and deliver a reliable, high-quality gate system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
have over 10 years of experience in the gate, access control, and security industry. I started as a technician and worked my way up with a large company, running crews and managing large commercial and residential projects. My experience includes installing and servicing gate operators, access control systems, keypads, safety sensors, and troubleshooting automated gate systems.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in the gate and access control industry over 10 years ago working as a technician for a large company. Over time I gained hands-on experience installing and servicing gate operators, access control systems, and security equipment for both commercial and residential properties. As my experience grew, I began running crews and managing larger projects, which eventually led me to start my own company, Legacy Gates.
