- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote by the linear foot, and the number we give you is the number you pay. Materials, labor, haul-off of your old fence, and cleanup are all included — no separate dump fee, no surprise line items when the crew shows up. Add-ons like rot boards, custom gates, or automatic gate openers are priced out clearly so you can decide what's worth it to you. Estimates are free. If you want a ballpark before anyone comes out, you can design your fence in our 3D visualizer on our website and get pricing in a few minutes. For anything with slope, tree roots, or tricky access, we'll come walk the property so the quote is accurate the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick conversation. Tell us roughly what you're after — style, height, how much fence. We'll answer questions and get a site visit on the calendar, usually within a few days. On-site estimate. We measure, look at grade, gates, access, and any obstacles, and talk through material options. Most of the time you get a written quote the same day. Schedule and order. Once you approve the quote, we order materials and lock in an install date. Most residential fences take a few days start to finish. Install. Our crew does demo, haul-off, and installation, and we clean up the site every day — not just at the end. Walkthrough. We walk the finished fence with you before we call it done, and we stand behind the work after we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training happens in-house and it's deliberate. Every crew member works through a structured onboarding and hands-on apprenticeship before running a line — post setting and depth, proper concrete work, racking a fence to slope, gate hardware, and building horizontal fences top-down so the top picket is always full width. We don't hand someone tools and hope for the best. We're a licensed Texas LLC, carry liability insurance, and buy through established suppliers, which keeps us current on materials and installation standards. Everything we build is done to meet Austin-area code and HOA requirements, and we'll help you confirm your HOA's rules before we start.
