- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that we charge for materials and labor. Also extra work they want beside what it was discussed will be an extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will need to speak to the customer over the phone about what he wants to get done then after look at the job and last give the customer a quote and talk about when the job needs to get done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with small companies.
