Mr. Duncanson was very helpful in the planning stages. He clearly communicated his costs, and there were no surprise fees along the way. He was consistently courteous and professional. And, most importantly, I am extremely pleased with his carpentry work. I highly recommend him for your project.Jul 30, 2014Verified
Chris was very responsive and easy to work with. He came to see the site, helped with a design, gave us a realistic timeline, and delivered the cabinets on time. The cabinets are nice quality and well installed, and he was very considerate and kept the site clean. I would recommend him! Chris is very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend!Feb 28, 2014Verified
Chris did a bathroom remodel for us and he was wonderful! On time, on budget, tremendously hard worker and all around nice guy! We would not hesitate to hire him again and if you have the opportunity you should too. Great in every way!Feb 24, 2014Verified
Chris worked with me to renovate a bathroom, do some electrical work, update a 2nd bathroom, and close up a door to complete a living room wall. I am so pleased with the quality of the work, the speed of service, and accuracy of his quote. Chris was just fantastic to work with - the materials he used were quality and he never cut corners on installing or building to complete the job. Even when it came to resolving unforeseen issues (which come up in every project - we found mold in the bathroom sub-floor), it was completely painless and Chris handled it very professionally. I will absolutely work with Chris the next time my home needs work done.Oct 11, 2013Verified
Chris provided rough carpentry work for a closet remodel, a new closet add, door hanging, and an attic rough opening expansion. work started very promptly and he was able to accommodate several changes we made during the work he was performing at a very reasonable add-on rate.Aug 24, 2013Verified

- What types of customers have you worked with? Most common jobs we would carry out are trim carpentry. We are also regularly doing remodels, wether it be one room that needs updated or whole houses that need over hauled. Common small jobs would be hanging doors interior or exterior, installing floors or replacing windows and re trimming.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?My advice to all my customers is call my references. If you can't get good references from a contractor then you shouldn't use them. I strive to build long lasting relationships with my customers and they are the people I want to recommend my business to all new potential customers. Also choose a contractor who listens to what you want. At the end of the day you know what you want and your contractor must listen in order for you to get what you want. If the person youre hiring doesn't seem to know what you want or want to listen then you will not get the final product you want.
