Maya is amazing in answering your question straight away and Omar is very professional and did a great job cleaning my fireplace. Omar also told me of the duct for the dryer being completely clogged and it needed cleaning because it was a fire hazard. Lucas was very pleasant to work with. Very helpful in giving tips and advice. Had a cleaning of the fireplace chimney duct with him and disinfection of the HVAC ducts and he was quick and efficient. He also inspected the HVAC ducts for us and honestly said no cleaning of the ducts is needed since it’s all looking pretty clean. Appreciate the honesty. Did feel like the service was overpriced for how much effort the work needed. For the disinfection he just had to spray some disinfectant on the region where the ducts start from in the attic and on the vents and the charge was 250 which I felt was very high for the effort and time (barely 15 minutes ) it took to do it.
