Introduction: One-on-one and group personal training are offered in Austin, TX. At Caffeinated Fitness, we specialize in developing the strength of body, mind, and spirit. Services are offered primarily at a private/semiprivate personal training studio in South Central Austin at 4202 Santiago St. I also offer personal training at Westlake CrossFit in West Austin at 1705 Cuernavaca Dr. I specialize in metabolic resistance training (MRT), which improves strength and conditioning, blasts body fat, and builds lean muscle. I love to show people how strength-based and athletically inspired training can empower their lives in and out of the gym. First off, just a little disclaimer, I'm Rachel's husband. Second, guys, don't let her size fool you, she can lift some serious weight and show you how you can too! After years of being in and out of gyms and various personal trainers, Rachel finally found a program that worked for me. After our son was born, I found that I had "let myself go" to the point where I had gone from 190lbs to almost 225lbs and my body fat % put me in the obese category. Keeping up with a one-year-old became an increasing challenge, so we decided it was time for a change. After having various personal trainers who would leave me utterly exhausted and useless after my sessions, Rachel knew I needed to have energy leftover to take care of our son. She designed a vigorous program that almost immediately began to cut down my body fat, add muscle and improve my stability and agility while leaving me feeling energized after our sessions. Additionally, she gave me the knowledge while we were training so I could carry that over into my own workouts outside of our sessions. I really enjoyed the workouts: a combination of body weight exercises, kettlebell workouts and some traditional lifting such as deadlifts and squats. For the first time ever, I actually felt like one of the cool people at the gym. Combined with the dietary recommendations she gave me, I was able to lose almost 40lbs in 4 months. I'm at 185lbs and have never been more athletic in my life. I can run faster and longer, jump higher and have no problems keeping up with our toddler now, sometimes he'll get exhausted before I do! Additionally, even though it wasn't my original fitness goal, I was able to correct some major posture and back issues to the point I no longer have chronic back pain and broke a hereditary chain of having a hunched over back. In short, Rachel and Caffeinated Fitness changed my life and I could never imagine going back! Don't just get in shape, get your life back.

Rachel is beyond amazing in just a short time period (Going on a month) I am already seeing great results! She is encouraging,effective and super friendly.I am so glad I found her I can honestly say she is changing my life, I actually enjoy my workouts now.

Rachel is a rock-star! Not only is she super motivating, but she tailors a workout program specifically for your individual goals. She monitors that you have perfect form, and changes the intensity as needed, during the current session. I would recommend her to anyone seriously wanting a healthier lifestyle.

Rachel has been great to work with so far! She's encouraging and will push you to push yourself, but is definitely not a drill instructor. Her program is tailored to your specific goals and is affective!
