Introduction: I have been teaching at Corepower Yoga for the past 2 years, and I am looking to let go of some of my corporate studio classes and really hone in on individuals who would like to get more one-on-one attention. Whether you are a beginner who wants to learn the basics or a more advanced yogi who wants to polish your practice, I will completely customize the class to your experience level and your goals. My past clients include both casual and competitive athletes (muscle flexibility and strength training), business professionals (stress and tension management), senior citizens (increased vitality, joint and muscle relief), and women during pregnancy. Some of the styles of yoga I specialize in are the following: * Vinyasa -- we flow with control and conscious breath, connecting the breath to each movement. * Hot -- this one incorporate poses from Bikram yoga and tackles every part of the body. Oh, and it gets real hot (more difficult for a home practice). * Restorative -- if you want to feel like you just got a massage, this is the class for you. We loosen our body's fascia tissue as we hold postures for 3-5 minutes in a calm, serene setting. I look forward to connecting!
