- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client will have a different price based on each request, flower type, season, venue location, design and labor hours involved. We honor a loyalty program for many planners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to know as many details as possible to answer your questions. We will send a list we have created that covers many of the questions. We can meet in person by appointment or set a time to chat over the phone with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of designers are certified by Texas State Florist Association (TMF, TMFA) and the American Institute of Floral Design(AIFD). We continue to explore new trends coming into the market through attending workshops and courses offered. We love to inspire!
