- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not offer set packages. I do this in order to offer the best service possible to my clients. My aim is to tailor fit my services to the exact needs of each client. Whether it is private cooking lessons or private chef services your specific and unique needs are met.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I will submit a short question and answer form to gauge the exact needs of that individual. My lesson plans and menus for private chef services are all customized based on the answers provided in this form.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Culinary Arts (A.A.S) from Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, TX (formerly Texas Culinary Academy). I have also trained in some of the best restaurants in Austin, including one listed in the top 40 in the U.S. by Bon Appetit and under one of the top chefs in San Juan, PR.
