From the first email Chef Jennifer was friendly, timely and accommodating. After a tasting, my wife and I hired her truck for our wedding. She tweaked the menu easily to cover some veggie and vegan needs. The food was outstanding, everyone loved what they ordered. I heard "best wedding food" a few times. The service went super smooth and on time for us, despite transmission and othe truck problems for them. It really couldn't have been better and we would hire the Ginger Armadillo again in a heartbeat.

Most importantly, the food was great.
The customer service was also spot on. Jen was super understanding when our event got moved due to weather, and dealing with a variety of office complex insurance concerns the day before the event.
Will certainly use Jen again next time we are in need!

The folks at The Ginger Armadillo were great to work with. Super prompt with their responses, showed up on time, and the portion sizes were great. The quality & taste of the food was just okay, but for our purposes, it worked really well! We will use them again.

Amazing! Chef Jen was quick and responsive to all communications even with her busy schedule. The food was amazing and it made the party a real hit! We have had lots food allergies, and preference requirements and she created a menu that satisfied all our guests need and then some.
