We have been in business since April of 2000, and the factories we represent have been turning out models since 1983.
Pre-Built wall panels can save you time which can save you money, plus our models are built above most area building codes.
We can assemble models on your site from $3 to $7 per sq. ft. (most cases) or you can do-it yourself and hire your friends to help you.
We supply you with all exterior and interior framing along with windows, doors, and sliding glass doors, roof trusses and roof decking and siding, trim, nails, caulking etc.; everything to put model together.
It takes about 30 days from order date to leave our factory, by then you should have had the foundation and rough plumbing prepared, and the wall panels are on their way. Once your building system arrives, it should take about 2 to 7 days for most models to be assembled, then you have the electric rough, top-out plumbing, mechanical rough, and you are ready to drywall and apply the finishes you want in your new home or investment project.
Models are $20 to $34 per sq ft.
