I’m in Salt Lake City and recently had an issue where my garagedoor suddenly stopped opening properly. The opener was running but the door barely moved and made a loud strain sound. I called Tier One GarageDoor Service to have someone take a look. Tom came out and quickly figured out that one of the springs had failed and the opener was struggling because of it. He replaced the broken spring, checked the balance of the door, and then adjusted the opener so everything worked together correctly again. He also tested the door several times and made sure the sensors and tracks were all in good shape.Now the door opens smoothly and much quieter than before.
