- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts on multiple tv setups. I included a free fixed bracket for any full setup. Full setup is tv mounting, sound bar and cord concealment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out details of the project from size of tv, location it will be mounted, cable management options and when they want it done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years experience in construction, 5 years Tech repair and 5 year degree in business management.
