When we decided to renovate our master ensuite, we went with Devart Construction. I’m so glad we did. From the very beginning, the project has been smooth and enjoyable. They were always on time and responsive, making everything much easier. If we ever take on another renovation, I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again. It was such a positive experience!

Ben and Dana were more than sales and design to me. They treated me as a friend. They handled all of the construction for me. Dana even made some suggestions that i absolutely couldn’t be happier with. Great job, wonderful people, prompt, and I ended up so happy that i invited the dreaded HOA board over for dinner. HA! Now they use Ray.

Our granny flat construction has been a success. The best design has a beautiful finish and is very spacious. Sam, the project leader, was incredibly helpful with the design and permits and helped us to make the right choices around the quality of material and more, which made the project a success and added value to our home.
