FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $500 min project size for handyman type projects and repairs. Larger jobs require a design consultation where depending on the project scope and hours of design required, clients will be asked to make an investment in developing the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk on the phone and decide if we would be a good fit to work together. Next step is to schedule an in-person meeting at the project site to move forward with a no-hassle estimate for the work at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chris started out as a laborer 20 years ago, and built up from there, gathering tools and experience. He studied violin repair at Red Wing in Minnesota and fine tuned his woodworking skills.
