- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide fixed-price proposals after an initial consultation. No hidden fees, no surprise costs halfway through. We handle projects of all sizes – from bathroom refreshes starting around $15K to full kitchen remodels up to $125K+. The key is we figure out the real number upfront so there's no sticker shock later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free walkthrough at your home to understand what you want. We take a Matterport scan of the space to capture every detail, then put together material selections, floor plan adjustments (if needed), and 3D renderings so you can see exactly what you're getting before committing. We present these options 3 days after the walkthrough – you make decisions on finishes, layout, and budget then. Once you approve, we give you a fixed-price proposal, handle permits, order materials, and keep you updated daily through your client portal. Most projects wrap in 3–7 weeks depending on size.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just finished a primary bathroom in South Austin – full gut, custom tile work, new fixtures, much better layout. Took about 3 weeks start to finish. The clients were most impressed that we hit the short timeline, and stayed on budget. No change orders, no drama. Just a beautifully, well-built bathroom :)
