I have been in the construction industry for over 10 years. My focus is on producing top quality work at a competitive price. I have expertise in all areas of residential construction and remodeling, with a focus on custom carpentry, finish carpentry, decking, cabinets, and any other finish carpentry. I messaged Todd with details about my screen door installation challenge (the screen was a bit too large for my doorframe). Todd responded to my request almost immediately and we set up time the next morning for him to take a look. He arrived right on time and identified an alternate (much simpler) way to address the problem. He completed the work right there and then, saving me nearly $200! I discussed the scope in details regarding what needed ti be completed prior to a holiday weekend due guests for the weekend. He came out we reviewed the scope and discussed in detail my expectations. Thr job start o. Time but unbeknownst to me the owner decided that he was going ti di part of the part work and electrical. Problem is he made the bathroom ceiling a disaster and started the hall bathroom onky to ket me know that he woukd be back fir the rest if the week because he was going out of town mid week. So there is that. Also the quality if the baseboards and paint job was just barely average. I have runs in the wall paint, peeled edges at thr door edges between color transitions, baseboards seams were not filled in and sanded prior to painting so that will need to be fixed. Nice guy but their work is a 6 out of 10.
