Hello, I’m Erik Mancilla founder of Mi Casa Renovations LLC. I feel there are three reasons why you should take a chance on me. One, my communication with the client is the key to success. I keep the home owner informed and involved with the project. Two, my attention to detail is what makes my work professional. Sometimes an extra 30 minutes is all it takes between ok work and great work. Three, the ability to identify a problem and offer a solution is what makes me great at fixing issues that come with owning a house.
My over all goal is to make your house feel like a home. I understand how personal it is to have someone in your home and if allowed I will take care of your place like my own.
