They were very professional and punctual. I have several rental homes in Hyde Park and Mueller that needed work. I had been left in the dark with several contractors and "handymen" but I am glad I found TRC. They were able to give me an honest estimate and correct work done by past hires as well as complete my kitchen remodel. I will be having them on board for all my properties.

Tactical Remodeling came out to fix our shed and guest house after the Tornado hit in Roundrock earlier this year. They were very detailed in their explanation of work needed and the timeframe for completing the job. They kept all their promises and guaranteed their work. We recommend them for all remodel and contracting work.

We hired TRC to do our patio & deck build after having other contractors leave work unfinished. They came in and gave an honest quote and finished in less than a week. 2 years later the deck still holds strong and looks great.

We hired Tactical Remodeling to do our garage at home and then we liked it so much we hired them for commercial work at our mechanic shop. A year later we absolutely love our home garage and our shop looks better than ever.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide discounts to Military/Veterans, Teachers, First Responders (Police,Fire,EMT), and ADA disabled customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat every project as a new customer. We ask the customer questions to get a better understanding of what they envision as the final product. Then we walk the customer through the steps of the project and explain invoicing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our crew have taken course in architecture, construction, electricity, and plumbing. We also stay current on blueprint and floorplan reading.
