The best part of my job is watching the changes being made and watching the the customers reaction to those changes. They just light up.

From the very beginning, the process was smooth and professional. Tom was able to come out (on a weekend) and give me a quote on a very last minute job. He had his crew out for the door install just two days later! I had to install a new door and repair some wood rot before before my new floors were going to be installed. Tom made it happen! Tom and his team were great to work with. John and Wade removed my existing french doors, resolved the wood rot, and installed new sliding doors. They look great and function well. John went above and beyond my expectations. I could have hired the door installers from the Big Box stores, but my experience with them is they can only do the bare minimum that was written on the job quote. Tom's team was able to move on the fly and make repairs without any hassles or run around. It's very difficult to find quality workmanship and trustworthy carpenters. I highly recommend ToMakNew Remodeling and I'll definitely work with ToMakNew for future renovations.

Tom Estes did a great job repairing the tile work in a shower. He replied to my request quickly, assessed the repair needed, purchased the tile and completed the repair quickly and expertly. Tom was courteous and professional and communicated with me throughout the work. I appreciated the quick response and excellent work. I would definately use his services again.
