What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do require a travel fee and automatic 20% gratuity added on top of each service cost. The travel fee is determined on how far the location is for me to travel to. We can discuss this further through text or email.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to connect with a new customer over text or email to discuss what look they are wanting to achieve for the event they are hiring me for. I also like to have new customers share photos of their hair and photos of inspiration hair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Aveda Institute to get my Cosmetology License in 2013. I trained at Blowdry Bars for over 8 years and have been working with Beauty Teams for 2 years.
