Alexander brought his own ladder and hung curtains, changed light bulbs, replaced ac filters, diagnosed cieling fan problem, fixed a drawer, and explained which supplies I needed to install a garbage disposal correctly. We scheduled at 4 and he showed up at 3:59 on the dot, and the work stayed within the estimated time to complete. Very happy with the work, and to finally get those things checked off my list to improve comfortability in my home. I'll call him again when I have the correct supplies for the fan and disposal.

His phone number changed from one day to the next so he didn't get the text I sent him yesterday. Both phone numbers seemed to work when I phoned him, but only the new number worked when I texted. When I asked him about the other number, he said, 'that's not my number.' There might have been a language barrier. Now Thumbtack does show that his phone number was updated recently and it showed the new number. He seemed like a nice guy, but with the discrepancy I did not feel comfortable hiring him.
