Arthur is awesome! He helped assemble a very complicated bed frame for us and he did it in no time! I would highly recommend him for any job his level of craftsmanship and know how was great! 5 stars!

Arthur and crew were spectacular!! Excellent response and communication. I needed to have an art piece hung on a high wall along a staircase and have large TV mounted, he and his crew arrived same day!! I ended up having them hang a large mirror and curtain rod.. they were amazing!! Absolutely perfect, precise work! They took extra care in protecting my property and cleaning each area they worked in. Truly, I have never had such great experience with assembly!! Everyone should use this group, they are the best!!

Arthur completed a substantial amount of furniture assembly in my apartment, including my bed, desk, shelves, lighting, curtain rods, and several other items. The overall quality of the assembly work was good, and he was responsive and willing to return for a second visit when additional items arrived. My reason for leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is primarily related to communication around scope and payment. As the project evolved, the final cost ended up being higher than I initially anticipated, and there were multiple discussions regarding additional charges throughout the process. I would strongly recommend getting all pricing and scope details documented in writing before work begins. There were also a few issues that impacted the overall experience. One LED rope light section was damaged during installation, leaving a dim section. A rocking chair arm later came apart, although I cannot say with certainty whether that was assembly-related or a manufacturing issue. I also would have appreciated more assistance with managing assembly debris. Due to my mobility limitations, I ultimately had to arrange additional help during and after the project. Overall, Arthur’s assembly work was good and my apartment is much more functional because of it. My concerns were less about craftsmanship and more about expectation management, billing transparency, and the overall customer experience. I would advise future customers to get all project details, pricing, scope changes, and expectations in writing to help avoid misunderstandings.

I had originally hired someone else for a sink faucet installation, but Arthur reached out afterward, and I asked if he’d be open to helping with a few other projects around the house. I’m so glad I did because he did a phenomenal job. Arthur helped hang several large portraits on a very high 18-foot wall, assembled chairs, and installed dog door flaps for me. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and overall very pleasant to work with. Beyond the quality of his work, he was easy to talk to and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. What I especially appreciated was how proactive he was. He even offered to hang additional items that I had intended to put up, even though I hadn’t specifically asked him to. That level of initiative and attention to detail really stood out to me. Everything was completed carefully and looks fantastic. I would absolutely use him again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for help with projects like this.
