Colin received great feedback from our tenants when he went to our rental property to fix a 'dropped kitchen sink'. Even though he reached out a few days after I had posted my "project need ad" he was very professional, responsive and easy to coordinate with. His thorough work was appreciated and his quality of work vs. cost was definitely good value. Payment and general interaction was a breeze. I have called on him again as something has come up at the same rental and work space. I liked Colin's openness to only undertake tasks that he has expertise in and is confidant in completing successfully. I hope to keep Colin as my go to handyman if all should work out well.
