- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing fair and based on the size and needs of each job. I offer discounts for ongoing maintenance and for larger projects. I am always upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to what you want. Then I visit the property, walk through the space with you, and offer a clear plan. Once we agree on the details, I schedule the work and keep you updated from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands on training in landscape care, plant health, irrigation, and lawn restoration. Most of my skill comes from years of real work in the field.
