I needed help installing a bracket and mount 85" TV. He came alone. I wasn't able to help because of work. But with the help of my petite wife, he managed to mount that heavy TV. He was quick and did an excellent job. He made sure installation levelled up. The night before the appointment, due to an emergency, I had to postpone and reschedule the appointment. He quickly responded and was able to accommodate a different time.
