Dear Kim, I sincerely apologize for what happened and fully understand your frustration. During those two weeks I faced unexpected situations that disrupted my schedule and, in an effort to honor my commitments, I sent someone I believed was qualified. I recognize that the service did not meet the quality you deserve. I take full responsibility. I intended to personally correct the issue, but additional emergencies delayed my visit, and I understand how this affected your trust. If at any point you allow me the opportunity to make things right —either by fixing the damage or completing another task to compensate— I would truly appreciate it.
