Carlos Sarasti Construction is our new go-to contractor! Out of several estimates we felt that he was the most knowledgeable and equipped for the job. We appreciated the professionalism of his Excel spreadsheet with line item descriptions for the bid, DocuSign contract, and his quick responsiveness to texts and emails. He helped us find a way to stay in our budget and even finished the project a day before scheduled. He opened up drywall to move a layout of a room for us and also reframed and added a door. They did a great job with the finish work and trim. He and his team are respectful, trustworthy, excellent craftsmen, and throughly cleaned when they left. My experience working with Carlos was extremely positive. We were able to collaborate and determine the best way to apply my multi-pieced wall mural. Overall, it was an excellent experience start to finish. For context, the bedroom walls were textured and we were able to float the wall and apply the mural in two days.

Carlos and Jesus were friendly, helpful and quick with the project. I asked them to fix the drywall and paint the floor in my garage and remove a closet.
