Carlos and Jesus were friendly, helpful and quick with the project. I asked them to fix the drywall and paint the floor in my garage and remove a closet. The pricing was reasonable and they worked each day to give me updates on their progress. I have already recommended them to some friends and will definitely reach out again with future projects.

Carlos Sarasti Construction is our new go-to contractor! Out of several estimates we felt that he was the most knowledgeable and equipped for the job. We appreciated the professionalism of his Excel spreadsheet with line item descriptions for the bid, DocuSign contract, and his quick responsiveness to texts and emails. He helped us find a way to stay in our budget and even finished the project a day before scheduled. He opened up drywall to move a layout of a room for us and also reframed and added a door. They did a great job with the finish work and trim. He and his team are respectful, trustworthy, excellent craftsmen, and throughly cleaned when they left.
